suspicious person information

January 13 （ Sat ） At approximately 3:00 PM, a student was riding his bicycle to school on a city street in Togo, Mobara when he was followed by a suspicious person. The suspicious person was also riding a bicycle and followed him from behind at a distance of about 2 meters. Because of the possibility of being identified at home, the student stopped at an apartment in the area of his home, and the person sped away. The suspicious person is described as a middle-aged male, age unknown. He was wearing a gray hoodie with a hood over the top, black pants and white shoes underneath, and a large bag on his bicycle handlebars.
