An elderly male in his 80s has been missing from a facility in Kobayashi, Mobara City since approximately 1:50 p.m. today.
The missing person is described as
about 170cm tall
normal build
head gray, short hair
clothing: jacket, navy blue long-sleeved jersey
underwear, navy blue long-sleeved pants
footwear, sneakers
hat, light brown baseball cap
