Within the jurisdiction of Mobara Police Station, an international phone number starting from ＋ （ plus ） will call
"There are unpaid phone bills. If you don't, you will be transferred to a lawsuit. If you would like to connect to an operator, please press 1."
and a report of an automated voice call.
This automated voice call is a scam call ！ It may be coming from a cell phone as well as a landline.
If you are connected to an operator, you will be asked for personal information such as your name, date of birth, and bank with which you do business, or you may be scammed out of money in the name of unpaid charges or lawsuit cancellation fees.
To avoid being cheated by scammers
・ Always set your home landline to voicemail
・ Check the other party's number on the number display. Do not answer unknown numbers
・ Call your contracted telephone company or other telephone companies to check
・ Do not give personal information if asked for it over the phone
Take precautions.

If money is mentioned over the phone, it is a scam ！ Do not make a decision alone, immediately consult a family member or friend or contact the Mobara Police Station.
