suspicious person information

September 9 （ Monday ） At around 4:40 p.m., a female child was approached by a male on the road from the Haginodai railroad crossing to the civic gymnasium in Takasi, Mobara City.
As the child was leaving school, a male came walking along the promenade along the railroad tracks and asked her "what grade ？". When the child did not answer and walked on, the man walked right next （ to him ） about 10 cm closer and talked to him one-sidedly. The male then walked in a different direction, near the civic gymnasium.
The suspicious person was described as a man in his 60 ～ 70s, wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt, long black pants, and a gray hat.
