suspicious person information

Dec. 20 （ Fri. ） A female child on her way to school was touched on the buttocks by a man near the Nakanoshima-cho intersection in Mobara City at around 7:35 am. The suspicious person is described as a male in his 30s, about 175 cm, and thin. He had short black hair and black rimmed glasses. He was dressed in navy blue sweatshirt-like clothing and gray pants.
