0 Support fraud

0 Phishing
I received an e-mail from a credit card company, NetBank, saying "unauthorized access", "confirmation of personal information", "suspension of transactions", etc. I pressed the URL in the body of the e-mail, and at the link I received an e-mail with personal information such as address ・ name, card （ account ） number, PIN number, etc.
0 Online shopping
・ The product I wanted was listed on a shopping site at a low price, so I ordered the product and paid for it to the designated account, but the product never arrived and I could not contact the person by e-mail. The only contact information is an e-mail address.
・ I ordered an item from an online shopping site and paid for it, but the seller said, "The item is out of stock and I want to refund you by 00pay. The only way to get a refund is through 00pay." The seller contacted me and said, "The only way to get a refund is through 00pay.
