Dec. 11 （ Wed. ） A female child was followed by a man near Wakamiyahara Children's Park in Shimonagayoshi, Mobara City.
Around 4:00 p.m., a child was playing at Wakamiyahara Children's Park when a male was staring at her. The child went out of the park, but the man also went outside, so the child returned to the park and the man came back to stare at the child again. When the child tried to go home, the man followed him and he felt scared.
The suspicious person was described as a man in his 70s with gray hair.
