suspicious person information

April 28 （ Sunday ） At around 2:00 p.m., a female child was physically touched and followed around at Mobara Shopping Plaza Asmo in Takasi, Mobara City. The suspicious person approached two female children, said "It's been a while" and "I remember you", and tapped one on the shoulder. The suspicious person also opened the curtains while the two girls were taking Purikura pictures, called out "Yo!" and fled when the children screamed.
Later, they also encountered him at a 100 yen store on the first floor, where he jokingly spoke to them, saying "Don't yell" and "Don't scream!" but they were protected by the store staff.
The suspicious person is described as a male in his late 40s. He had black hair, trimmed on the side.
